When I talk to people about building websites, I tell them that most people use them to get information, and that if you can provide that information, it builds confidence in your business.
One very obvious piece of information for a retailer is store hours.
For example, imagine my delight when I discovered that the Downtown Victoria Moores Clothing store was open until 9pm on a Tuesday night. That meant I could leisurely make my way there at 6:30pm instead of having to rush there for 6pm.
Yes, this was great news. It was great right up until I got there at 6:22pm and discovered that the information was TOTALLY WRONG, and in fact they closed at 6pm.
Thank you Moores Clothing for completely ruining my day.
